Bubble Chocolate Review Part II & Contest

// August 25th, 2010 // No Comments » // Candy Contest, Candy Video Review, chocolate candy

Finally back to part 2 of the Bubble Chocolate Review. Enjoy!!

I really liked the Bubble Chocolate it was actually very smooth and not as strong as most chocolate bars I’ve reviewed. I prefer this type of chocolate mostly. The texture was great although I guess I was too hungry to wait for the “melt in your mouth effect”! Overall, I liked it and now I see why my nephew said it was awesome in the first review!

M&M’s Store Tour NYC

// August 18th, 2010 // No Comments » // Candy Video Review, chocolate candy

So I had some difficulties getting the video off of my iPhone but now all is set. A little late but it’s here!

I didn’t buy anything because honestly I’m not a big M&M fan at all. I love the colors and of course the commercials but its not a candy that I grew up eating or loving. But for those of you that do, the store was AWESSSSOME!! Seriously, the M&M characters are so funny and easily liked. I found myself almost buying a collectible. I didn’t but I did take a picture outside of the store with Sponge Bob if anyone loves Mr. Sponge Bob!

My nephew does so I’m sure he will get a kick out of this photo :)

Candy Checkers Review

// August 11th, 2010 // No Comments » // Candy Video Review

Sorry I’m late!! Enjoy the Candy Tuesday review, it was fun to record!

Play Checkers! Eat the Pieces..

OH YEAH!! I wouldn’t last long in the game because there wouldn’t be ANY pieces left LOL. I had a great time doing the review and I’m sure you guys were happy to see my stash of candy on the side. There were rules on the back of the check board which I thought was cute:

Candy Checker Rules

Candy Checkers can be played like a regular checker game if you wish (NOT).

  • Play checkers in the regular manner, but once a candy game piece is jumped you eat the opponents piece!
  • A player wins the game when the opponent cannot make a move. In most cases, this is because all of the opponent’s pieces have been eaten, but it could also be because all of the pieces are blocked in.

Check out more candy at FlixCandy.com and if I find more fun candy games I’ll review them as well!!

ps. Sorry this video is so late!

Go Naturally Organic Hard Candies Cherry

// August 4th, 2010 // No Comments » // Candy Video Review, Gluten Free Candy, Organic Candy, hard candy

Ymmmmm!! Check out the Candy Tuesday Video!!

I always forget how fun it is to eat hard candy although I always relate it to candies that I was given at church to keep still as a child and the hard candies in the candy dish at grandmas house. Needless to say, I must start buying more candies because the flavor just last, last and last!! These Organic hard candies were awesome I might add and even though it was apart of an impulse buy at the checkout counter, I’m glad I chose them.

Like I said in the video there are other flavors available: Apple, Cherry, Pomegranate, Ginger and Honey Lemon!

I bought mine at TJ Maxx while searching for a kettlebell but you can buy them at Amazon.com for $3.99 and bulk size as well. I guess because I was in TJ Maxx the price of $2.99 was apart of there ongoing discounts.

Here is the website for Go Naturally

Thanks for hand making these gluten free, no artificial flavored yummy cherry hard organic candies!!

Bubble Chocolate Review

// July 27th, 2010 // No Comments » // Candy Video Review, chocolate candy

I have a fun edition of Candy Tuesday’s today. I had my little assistant help me with the review for today. Check it out!

The video was recorded last Wednesday and I believe that the company Bubble Chocolate wanted the chocolate bars to arrive for Candy Tuesday but it did not unfortunately and as you saw in the video the chocolate was a bit melted. In my area, there were temperatures last week up to 106 Degrees.. So I guess you know the rest. Melted chocolate …

The good thing is that my nephew did enjoy it and he loves chocolate. When I tried the Bubble Chocolate I did let it simmer in my mouth a bit and it reminded me a waffer cookie. Easy to eat and melts in your mouth. It is interesting and recommend everyone trying it because it is different and easy to eat! The chocolate has a nice rich flavor and taste well, although I only tested the Milk Chocolate. My nephew wanted and tried the Dark Chocolate — I swear he is like an old little man!!

You can buy Bubble Chocolate at the following stores: Wholefood Stores, TJ Maxx and Marshalls. Check the Bubble Chocolate website for the store locator and get a small glimpse of the Bubble chocolate.

I will be holding a contest for Bubble Chocolate soon — but lets wait a bit until the temperature cools down!
