Two Licks For National Lollipop Day!

I realized until today after tweeting that I needed a suggestion of a candy to review, that it is National Lollipop Day!! The twitter manager for Old Time Candy suggested that I try the Sour Charms Blow Pop, so I went out searching.. But I don’t think I purchased the right type.. Check out the video!

Well, I loved charms blow pops as a kid because of the great surprise bubble gum in the inside. The bubble gum never lasted long but the sweetness was always nice and sugary! Other lollipops that I liked as a kid were, Tootsie Pops, Ring Pops and I remember clearly my love for Push a Push Pop and those commercials.

You don’t see that many candy commercials these days but nevertheless, there is no shortage in Youtube!

So if you have time, go out and buy a lollipop for National Lollipop Day!

World Cup Soccer Whistle Candy!

Sorry I couldn’t get this out on Candy Tuesday. I’m moving around a bit. I have been watching soccer when I can and I picked this lollipop up at the store for a buck. Check it out!

I thought it was neat and of course fun to whistle. I’ll buy one for my nephew that played soccer this year for the first time. I’m sure he’ll get a kick out of the whistle and of course most importantly the CANDY!!

Juicy Drop Pops Rock!

Hey!!! Back again with some nice lollipops! Check out the Candy Tuesday video!

So AFTER testing the Juicy Drop Pop I realized to search online for the lollipop. Well of course I found it — with instructions how to eat the juicy drop pop. I still find it strange that there were no instructions in the candy wrap. Well, I loved it even without dipping the drops inside of the caves of the lollipop. Here are the steps:

Slide the juicy drop pop out of the container
Open sour juice lid and pour into pop groove
Pop in mouth for extreme juicy flavor
Repeat
