Mars Free Real Chocolate

Mars is giving away free chocolate on Fridays! On May 8th, the Mars company created the Mars Real Chocolate Relief Act. The act was started because Mars was one of the few companies that make their chocolate with real cocoa butter. Without cocoa butter chocolate simply is not chocolate as they put it. So they are giving  you a chance to get free Dove Silky Smooth Milk Chocolate Bar on Friday’s until September.

You have to be of age and enter your email address. Honestly, I know I’ m not a chocolate fan but my favorite mainstream chocolate candy is: Twix, 3 Musketeers and Milky Way! I’m looking forward to free chocolate every Friday!

Super Hiper Acido

Wow, its been a long time since writing and I do apologize. I have been traveling and soon I’ll be traveling again. However, I did get a chance to try one of the most sour bubble gum that I have ever ate. I did not have my video camera because it was offered to me and I wasn’t expecting it. The gum is Super Hiper Acido and its 8 cm long and inside there is sour powder. I was told by the kid who offered it to me that I could not handle it. I said, of course I can because sour candy is my favorite type of candy and gum.

So first I tried the Green Apple and I bit about half of it and chewed it and it was not that sour. Later, the kids said, wait the Green Apple is nothing so they gave me the Strawberry. I took the same bite and well it was 100% different and sooooooo sour. I mean I had tears like the cartoon from Cry Babies gum but this is so much more sour. I had to take a break from chewing and there is NO WAY that I could have eaten the entire 8 cm. I had to save it for later. I have never eaten gum that sour in my life.

The company behind this gum is Confiteca and they manufacturer gum, candy, sugar free candy, chocolates, lollipops and novelty candy..

After you try this gum, I think that you will agree that it is one of sourest gums in the world!! I have not tried ordering from the website but it does give users a chance to create and account and purchase candy I believe. The ordering processing takes awhile for delivery: 45 – 60 days depending on the product.

Tibidabo Cotton Candy

Candy Tuesday is a bit different this Tuesday, as yesterday when I made the recording, I left my candy at home LOL. So check out the video!

The Amusement Park one of the three oldest in the world. Read the history and check out the website (Spanish/Catalan).

The first thing I spotted was this cute little trolly with Cotton Candy screaming my name!!

I walked by it three times before buying the cotton candy. It was a large amount for 3 euros. Even the candy apples looked yummy. But I’ve allergy problems when it comes to fresh apples. So, I had to pass it buy.

The park was nice if you’re in the Barcelona visiting. You can stroll the park free without paying in enjoy basic rides such as the Carrousel, The Airplane ride, Ferris Wheel and the musuem for a small 2 euro – 8 euro fee. If you want more attractions the price is about 25 euros!

Clix Minis

I’ve had these Clix Mini’s to review for a long time for review on Candy Tuesday. Enjoy!

In the video, I mentioned that I wouldn’t buy these or eat these again. There aren’t so many candies that I dislike but the Clix were too small with very little flavor. In comparison with the normal individually packed Clix flavored gums that have a wide variety of flavors and some filled with a juicy filling.

The packaging attracts a lot of attention and I truly believed that the gum would be as good as the normal size Clix.

Picture below of the well designed container which I like. But the gum Chiclets are too small. I guess it would take about 4-5 pieces for you to actually enjoy or taste any flavor. Flavors include Strawberry and Mint.

At the Clix Website they have photos of several other products by Clix however the newest Clix Mini’s is the main attraction. The manufacturer Fleer Espanol list all of the Clix flavors and products in English.

Marshmallow Peeps Online

Aaron from Unlikely.com wrote an interesting case study about how many Marshmallow Peeps the are mentioned on the internet. In his post Marshmallow Peeps on the Internet Aaron found 141 instances where the Peeps Candy or marshmallow is mentioned. There are blogs, news, reference websites and stores that are mention in this curious case study!

Now that Easter is here, its great to see this! I actually didn’t like Easter Peeps as a kid. In fact, no marshmallow like sweets. :/
