Mamba Candy
// June 4th, 2008 // 2 Comments » // Candy Video Review, video
Yep! It’s my favorite day of the week! Candy Tuesdays!!
Today I’m reviewing an old-school candy that I liked and perhaps maybe you haven’t tried. Mamba fruit chews candy!
Mamba was created in Germany back over 50 years ago with the same fruit flavors: Strawberry, Lemon, Raspberry and Orange. My favorite during this video was the lemon.
Now Sour Mambas are available only in limited places!

Here are some good M&M Candy Recipes for those who do love chocolate.

M&M Biscotti
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 cups M&M Chocolate Mini Baking Bits, divided
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted (see note below)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets; set aside. In large bowl, combine the butter and sugar and mix together until light and fluffy; beat in the eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and baking soda; blend into creamed mixture. This dough will be pretty stiff. Stir in 1 1/4 cups M&M baking bits and the nuts. Divide the dough in half. Add cocoa powder and coffee granules to one half of the dough, mixing to blend. On well-floured surface, gently knead dough together just enough to marble. Divide dough in half and gently roll each half into a 12-by-2-inch log. Place on prepared cookie sheets at least 4 inches apart. Press remaining 1/2 cup M&M baking bits onto outside of both logs. Bake 25 minutes. Dough will spread. Cool logs 15 to 20 minutes. Slice each log into 12 slices; arrange on cookie sheet cut-side down. Bake an additional 10 minutes. (For softer biscotti, omit second baking.) Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container. Makes 24 pieces.
Note: To toast almonds, spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes until light golden, stirring occasionally. Remove almonds from pan and cool completely before using.

Ok, I was asked to review some good candy necklaces but there aren’t too many different types.
The original candy necklace is typically made with small tart candy with a retractable elastic string. These are fun to wear and eat at the same time. Warning, I learned as a teen, not to wear them when its extremely hot outside, because they do actually melt and get sticky around the neck
You can buy candy necklaces at any candy store around in the mall and they are relatively cheap $0.99 per one necklace and if you want a container of candy necklaces about 72 pieces (great for retro parties) it runs around $30.00. Although, many people have fun making their own candy necklaces because it is really EASY.
Other Types of Candy Jewelry
Below is a list of great candy jewelry
- Candy Lipstick
- Charms Ring Pops
- Candy Bracelets
- Candy Watches
- Candy Purses or Pocketbooks
- Candy Beads
As an adult, I’ve found many interesting candy accessories and underwear
- Candy Thong (similar to candy necklaces but in the shape of a thong)
- Chocolate Candy Thongs
- Candy Bras
- Clip on Candy Rings
- Candy Garter
The adult candy can be purchased at most Adult Stores such as Eden Fantasy’s. The prices for the accessories range from $10+.

Good luck with finding more candy jewelry, chocolate jewelry, candy rings and rock candy jewelry

Weird Candy

I’m one for trying out different types of candy, well mostly non chocolate. Most of my friends are chocolate lovers, so whenever I go out shopping with them, they find it weird that I buy FUN Candy
. I like weird sour candy, candy that looks bad from the candy paper wrapper and candy from countries outside the U.S.A.
I like to broaden my candy horizons if you know what I mean. Therefore, I’ll be reviewing more candy outside the US and let you know where it can be purchased or if you decide to visit that country, of course it will be easy to find and buy!
