I’m holding TodoCandy.com’s very first candy contest starting today until Halloween midnight EST. This Halloween is especially different for me because I’m out of the country visiting Barcelona, Spain. However, in Spain the kids do not celebrate Halloween like in the USA. But decorations and promotions are prevalent throughout stores and shopping malls.
